After my windshield replacement, one of the wipers became stuck while I was driving in rainy weather. This was a serious safety concern. I immediately contacted the company and explained that the entire week was forecasted to be rainy and that I needed my vehicle both for work and daily transportation. Although they were open on Saturday, I was told that no technician was available and the earliest appointment was Monday. I repeatedly explained that my situation should be treated as a priority because the vehicle was not safe to drive in the rain. I spoke with Flo today who met me with great enthusiasm and genuine kindness! He was very transparent with issues I had with my windshield that I wasn’t even aware of. It is clear that he values helping his clients. Thank you again for your hard work and dedication!!

I just took my 911 S in for the repair of a rock chip on my windshield today. I am very happy with the service that Edd provided and how well he repaired my windshield. The rock chip was about the size of a penny before the repair, and it’s now just a tiny dot that is barely noticeable.
